using zoomers while swimming?
is it cheating?? i just placed my order on amazon for a pair of blue ones..i feel like using fins would give me advantages–like cheating on my training. i got them cause i’m having a hard time kicking when doing freestyle, so i figured i would help since ive been seeing alot of people using them…do you think it was a good idea? or should i just train with out em?
i posted it here since more people are in here than the swimming and diving section
It’s not cheating any more than lifting weights would be cheating. It’s just a way to improve your conditioning and get more out of your training. Go for it.
