Keep my hair hydrated? I have curly hair and i swim….?
i have curly hair..
My hair is around my shoulder blades when curly, mid-back when straight. It is not kinky curly but ringlets form…
i swim 3-4 times a week, i wear a cap and when i get out of the pool my hair is just damp from the pool water…
i put my hair in a bun, then put on a silicone cap and then swim, i get out and rinse my hair in the shower at the pool
about 20 min. later when i get home i use Head & Shoulders classic clean, then back to basics conditioner for damaged hair.
twice a month i use H2O seaweed reparitve hair mask.
my hair is still dry and im wondering if there are any methods i can use to protect my hair from chlorine? and any products that you reccomend.

Well, not that you can stop doing it, but pulling your hair back in a bun or ponytail too often can cause breakage and other damage. As for the dryness, I suggest a clearing shampoo to avoid any chlorine/water damage right after you swim (I use a clearing shampoo to keep my hair from turning green after swimming in chlorinated pools) and lastly, I suggest Moroccan Oil… It’s a very nice hair oil that comes in a little brown glass bottle and it works wonders! Just put it on towel-dry hair and comb or brush it through before blowdrying and styling or going to bed (I use it since I have dry hair from using a straightening iron)… If these don’t work, try consulting an expert!
