I need a face mask or shield that will keep my face warm . What would be the perfect type ??

I work on the riverfront unloading ships and ….. the wind and cold can be terrible. I need a face shield … mask … goggles …. one that will especialy …. keep my eyes from freezing. I must be able to wear my glasses under it ….. and it should be fog proof. It would be better if it can cover my nose ….. perhaps my mouth ….. should be clear around the eyes to provide maximum vision. Anyone have any suggestions for the optimum gear ??
