How do I play water polo without goggles?
Hi. I LOVE to swim and wanted to try the water polo team at my high school. I have terrible eye sight (about a -8.5 in both eyes) and I recently learned that goggles/prescription goggles are not allowed in competition. I did hear that I can get contacts, but try-outs are in 2 weeks and I have never wore contacts. Is there any alternate options?
contacts would be your best bet
get them as soon as possible and mention to your coaches that you are in the process of getting them.
